Switching to French now, let's,
I'd like to remind you about the informal Council meeting for agriculture and fisheries which is taking place today in Dublin. Commissioner Hanson is representing the Commission.
On the agenda we have a discussion on the role of livestock in European agriculture.
It will be an opportunity for an open discussion on How livestock and food production can be sustainable,
competitive, and resilient whilst Also supporting food security,
generational renewal, and rural communities.
There will be a press conference with Commissioner Hanson. At about 2 o'clock following the meeting.
As usual,
we would ask you to keep your questions on topics relating to agriculture to that dedicated press conference.
So those are our announcements, we can now move to your questions. Philip
