The campaign includes three main human-centred films (2–3 minutes each) and a series of short vertical reels aimed at Greenlandic youth (18–35).
The films highlight EU–Greenland cooperation through stories focused on education and youth mobility, opportunities abroad, and digital connectivity/infrastructure.
I grew up at a small sheep farm in
South Greenland - Nuugaarsuk.
As a kid, I would read comic books
about people traveling the world
and I dreamed of doing the same one day.
Today, I live in Praiano
on the Amalfi Coast in Italy.
I work as a chef at
Il San Pietro di Positano
one of Italy’s most prestigious hotels.
Sometimes even famous people drop by for dinner.
I’ve lived in more than ten countries.
new people
new culture
new language
Every move means starting from scratch
It’s not always easy,
but it makes life exciting.
Learning from Italians, who value their traditional food
so deeply, is something I learn from every day.
Today, working in service has shaped my identity.
It has given me opportunities I could never
have imagined growing up in Greenland.
No matter where I go, I never forget
where I come from.
In my everyday life
I often listen to Greenlandic music
it reminds me of home
and keeps me connected to my roots.
And I also want to share what
I’ve learned with young chefs
in Greenland
to inspire them to see the wider
world and have the courage
to take the first step.
Working abroad doesn’t mean
leaving Greenland behind;
it’s about gaining experiences
that you can bring back home.
We should never be afraid to seek out new experiences.
The more we learn about the world
the prouder and stronger we become
in our own identity.
Because of the EU partnership, it’s possible
to live and work freely across borders.

EU and Greenland are creating opportunities together.
