Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, visited Moscow on 16-18 November 2010 to discuss future EU/Russia co-operation in transport. On 18 November, he visited the Association of European Businesses in the Russian Federation (AEB). In his debriefing, he emphasized once again the priorities of the EU/Russian partnership in the realm of transport. The issues of air taxation and charges, transit China-via Russia-EU, ecological means of transport and many other problems were raised and discussed. Siim Kallas expressed his own views on every of the issues.
