Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, visited Moscow on 16-18 November 2010 to discuss future EU/Russia co-operation in transport. On 18 November, he met with Mikhail Margelov, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of Russia, and with Vladimir Yakunin, President of Russian Railways.
