In February 1999, Felipe, Prince of Asturias, was in official visit to the European institutions,. On 23 February he visited the European Court of Auditors, in Luxembourg. He was welcomed by Jan O. Karlsson, President of the Court of Auditors, and attended the meeting of the Court.
