In February 1999, Felipe, Prince of Asturias, was in official visit to the European institution. On 10 February, he was received by José Maria Gil-Robles, President of the EP, at the European Parliament, in Strasbourg. He attended the plenary session in the hemicycle and met Members of the EP.
