Thank you.

Now, dear Members of the press, we are ready to take your questions according to the format.

Now I give the floor to Lepa Jundova TV 24. Thank you. Question for the Prime Minister.

Prime Minister,

in your address you mentioned that you opened the topic for de-blocking of EU integration and asking for an EU representative in the negotiations with Bulgaria.

What was the response from President von der Leyen?

Did you discuss any other proposals for de-blocking, and what is the option that we have?

I will try to be very precise on this matter and I will Go beyond the formal diplomatic vocabulary.

The President advised me that next week our Foreign Minister is in Sofia,

and the reason for that is Corridor 8 and the projects we are moving forward with that project,

and we should ask the host a meeting on bilateral level.

I immediately asked the Minister to send a diplomatic note.

To ask for time for a meeting with his colleague and to start moving the process forward.

Maria Twi Tilma, good day Maria Dimitarova Tiwi Tilma Pre question for the president.

You come at a time when you said the European Union is revising its policy, its enlargement policy, but Brussels now.

Comes out with road maps which we expect will have concrete benchmarks for 4 countries.

Can you clearly see why Macedonia is not part of this and whether for the European Union it is acceptable,

let's say, some reinforced intermediary process for which the Prime Minister discussed.

So indeed I can confirm what the Prime Minister just said that we agreed to have a first new step next week to try to unblock the process and to bring it into a process. That's the most important part in it.

Indeed, what we will have next week is the pre-enlargement reviews. I just explained what this is.

Then we have for those countries who are deep already in the accession process and working on chapters opening and closing them.

The so-called roadmap, the moment we have unblocked the situation here.

My personal opinion is that we can be very fast with North Macedonia because we're working already intensively on the reforms that are necessary.

There's still hard work to do, but it is impressive what we have done so far.

So we now focus very much on trying to unblock the situation so that the full reward can also come to North Macedonia.

Distinguished President of the Government, Distinguished President of the European Commission,

thank you for your addresses via media. We are closing now the press conference. Thank you.
