No, Mose, just on your question about the LNG measure that we have included in, the 21st package of.

Sanctions which as you know, we adopted just at the end of last week.

I'd like to just take the opportunity to reiterate what Paula and I both said on Friday.

It's a very ambitious package with a number of strong measures on energy, financial services, and trade.

So I do, of course, want to reiterate that we want to focus on what's in the package and what's not in the package.

And just to be clear on what this LNG measure includes.

So, it's a temporary exemption of one year, first of all.

On LNG transfer and purchases, and it's strictly limited to the transfer of Russian LNG to third countries.

So again, very much in line with our objectives.

And there are two very important safeguards contained in that exemption.

One is that EU operators can only handle Russian LNG under contracts concluded before the start of the war.

And second, that those volumes must not exceed the volumes transported in 2025.

And as I said, it's only valid for one year, subject to renewal with constant review.

Stringent monitoring and reporting requirements on those cargoes, routes,

and prices which will allow the Commission to carry out an assessment at the time of the review in a year's time on whether the exemption is necessary and should be continued.

So again, it should be very much seen in light of what it is, which is a temporary exemption. Thanks Siobhan.
