This Infoclip showws the wildfires that ravage Biscaros, Landes' region near Bordeaux in France. The devastating wildfire started on 23 July 2026. Fuelled by extreme summer heat, the fire burned through more than 3,500 hectares, forcing the evacuation of over 30,000 people making it one of the largest wildfires in the region since 1949. Around 550 firefighters were mobilised to contain the blaze, which destroyed or damaged close to 200 homes and buildings before being brought under control.
