Let me respond to some of the topics, of course,

This is why we have proposed EU Inc.

One single and simple rule for the whole of the European Union.

You can set up your company within 48 hours, totally online, less than €100.

The IMF estimates that the 28th regime could increase our GDP by more than 3% over 10 years and The business sector is waiting for it.

100 tech founders and investors told us just last week to get EU Inc. Right.

Therefore, I'm calling on you,

because we have to be very careful and that's putting the spotlight on it within the legislative process and I'm not speaking here of Parliament.

We are turning this very straightforward regulation into one of which 27 different national variations we have as a directive.

We have to be very careful that we do not turn the speed boat that is so necessary into a heavy tanker that would disappoint everyone.

So please let's get the EU done and let it get done right. My second point is About investment.

I heard many, many priorities, and you're absolutely right, from social to competitiveness,

from farmers to nature, from jobs to infrastructure, and many, many more priorities.

The answer to that lies in a strong European budget. I'm preaching here in the wrong church.

I know it, but I have to say it again, we have to get the budgetary equation right.

The budgetary equation is, if we want to keep national contributions stable, if we want to Invest in our priorities,

and if we want to pay back Next Generation EU, we need new own resources.

I know you are allies in that, but I want to emphasize this once again very clearly.

Then I've heard critics about the summer and how to fight the heatwave impact.

I want to stand up here for the European Emergency Response Coordination Centre ERC abbreviation oversaw the deployment of 40 aircraft,

18 ground teams.

Almost 800 firefighters have been positioned in advance in 14 different European countries.

We passed legislation to protect journalists because they must be free to do their job safely,

and we remain vigilant on this case and on media freedom across the Union with our rule of law reports.

Let me be clear, Daphne devoted her entire life to seeking the truth and now truth must prevail.

There can be no impunity for Daphne's murder.

And I use my last 15 seconds to say I leave this debate encouraged.

I've heard critics, yes, that's democracy, but much more strong support.
