Today's tomorrow's Council. 3 main topics for Estonia. The first one is obvious. Ukraine needs our full support. That means that Russia must be sanctioned. We must limit its fuel selling abilities.

Also, we must ban Russian grain growing through the European Union, which is quite understandable.

And one topic which Estonia has been very constant on that stop issuing visas to Russia,

please, because you don't want them near your houses. That's quite understandable.

And also with Ukraine, Moldova, it's quite understandable that we have opened already 4 clusters out of 6,

but we need to open all the clusters to get the access and ongoing.

The second topic is that about the EU's budget.

For us, the main topics are security and connections because you can understand that when you are at the end of the European Union near the eastern border,

you need security and connection.

That means that connections like real Baltic are very important and also support countries on the eastern border.

And the third one is about competitiveness and cutting down gold plating and bureaucracy.

It's very important because as the European Union has been in competition with other areas like China and the States,

we need this kind of untangling of the bureaucracy and also with the carbon market.

Our proposal has been to postpone the 80s or scrap it, so we will stand for it.

Probably the most important topics in the next 2 days coming. Thank you. Probably everybody.

Today and tomorrow will stand on their own ground, will express their own feelings,

because you can expect the net payers to say that we need to make cuts or find our own resources.

Friends of Cohesion probably will say that the budget should be bigger, reflecting new threats and so on.

So I wouldn't expect from today and tomorrow any compromises because everybody will stand on their own ground,

but I still have the hopes for António Costa's plan that in December we will have this kind of long period before Christmas when everybody is preparing for the Christmas and we will sit here and then the compromises will be made. So this probably will be the process.

Do you still see the US as a reliable partner after the deal and what's happening right now in Ukraine?

I see the US as a partner because in Estonia we have 3 nuclear countries as backing us and in NATO.

One is US, one is UK, and one is France.

For us they are strong allies as NATO is because I'm on the practical side.

I have been Prime Minister about 2 years in Estonia. It's a country bordering Russia.

We have had shadow fleet cutting our cables, different kinds of pipelines.

We have had Russian fighter jets in our airspace.

We even had to shoot down different drones in our.

They all came this kind of help came from NATO and we still have ships on the sea guarding our critical infrastructure.

So basing on that, I must say that NATO is working well and the US is a partner in NATO and Trump has assured us and everybody else last time in Ankara that he is following NATO and also Article 5,

so we rely on them and also sometimes even good friends need to remind what is right.

What Ukraine strikes on Russian just said that.

I have said publicly in Estonia that The faster all the Russian refineries and the ability to sell energy will be blown to smithereens the better because Russia is funding the war with that with shadow fleet and with the refineries.

What what do you do when other candidates. I would say that.

The government of Georgia should listen to the people wanting to come to Europe.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. One more question.
