On 27 March 2014, the second Transport Business Summit brought together business leaders and decision-makers at the Egg in Brussels, Belgium, to discuss how transport can contribute to Europe’s goals for jobs and growth. Hosted by the European Commission, Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, and the Directorate-General for Mobility and Transport, the conference featured Mario Monti, former Italian Prime Minister, as the keynote speaker as well as panelists of the prominent transport industry.
