Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, participated in the opening of the event 'Green eMotion Electric Rally', which was organised in Brussels. The EU’s flagship e-mobility project, Green eMotion consisted of an electric vehicle rally from the Green eMotion demo.
