Good afternoon, ladies and, gentlemen. Welcome to this ceremony.

We'll be witnessing the signing of three agreements, today.

First, the agreement establishing an association between the European Union and its member states of the one part,

and the Principality of Andorra and the Republic of San Marino, each as a separate party of the other part.

Number two, the agreement between the European Union and the Principality of Andorra to amend

the monetary agreement concluded between the European Union and the Principality of Andorra, and thirdly,

the agreement between the European Union and the Republic of San Marino to amend the monetary agreement concluded between the European Union and the Republic of San Marino.

As signatories, we have for the European Union Commissioner Maroš Šefčovič, and

Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis, for the

Principality of Andorra, we have His Excellency Xavier Espot, head of government, and for the Republic of San Marino,

His Excellency Luca Beccari, State Secretary for Foreign Affairs.

So now we will proceed with the first signing the agreement establishing an association between the European Union and its member states of the one part and the Principality of Andorra and the Republic of San Marino,

each as a separate party of the other part. Thank you.
