ANNOUNCEMENT - Update on press conference by Commissioner Brunner following the extraordinary VTC of the ministers of home affairs
FOREIGN AFFAIRS - Kosovo: Q&A
Go ahead. Hello. Thank you, Magnus, with EURActiv.
It's on this, Kosovo state-owned company, Aba Libinic, and I'm probably botching the pronunciation of that.
The new Commission into Kosovo has already come out in connection to the demolition of,
of buildings there and the suspicion that this might be,
somewhat targeted, effort amongst the, the Serb minority in northern Kosovo.
Does the EU have any further comments on the demolition, of these structures?
And are you, are you picking up any kind of, measures should these demolitions continue? Thank you. Thank you, Magnus.
From our side, we regret the demolition of the houses, especially as the property claims are still under judicial review.
And the EU calls on the Kosovo institution to halt any further demolitions and also to work with the affected residents and local authorities to find legal and sustainable solutions,
and any irreversible steps, including demolitions,
should be suspended until the competent court has issued a final ruling on the outstanding claims.
Thanks, Anitta. Other questions for Anitta on this matter? Let's go to Mose from remote.
