This video stockshot provides b-roll footage of the series of video clips “People Saving Energy”, which presents portraits of people working on energy efficiency and savings across Europe. We meet Paula, an energy advisor in Croatia, who shows vulnerable people how to insulate their home with small changes that make a big difference in their energy consumption and bills; Gerrit-Jan, a machine operator in the Netherlands, who builds panels that insulate buildings' facades, improve their energy performance, and save in energy bills; Laura, who works as project manager for an energy and sustainability consultancy in France, advising companies and industries on energy efficiency, decarbonisation and sustainable development; and Florian, who works as a product expert in a laboratory in Germany testing domestic lighting and other electronic consumer products for compliance with EU eco-design and energy label rules.
