Siim Kallas, Vice-President of the EC in charge of Transport, participated in the European Railway Award Ceremony, which took place in Brussels. The event was presented by the Community of European Railways (CER), European Rail Infrastructure Managers (EIM) and the Association of the European Rail Industry (UNIFE).
